Position Summary
The Software Developer will design and develop web and desktop software features in the cloud based medical instrument track and trace software product SynergyTrak. These features help ensure the high-quality standards are maintained with efficient reprocessing and detailed auditing. SynergyTrak lowers the cost of instrument reprocessing and helps ensure the high standard equipment sterilization is maintained. The position therefore requires proficient C# software developers with an eye for detail and who are passionate about developing great software.
Duties
- Spend at least 50% of your time writing software using C#, SQL, MVC and WPF, creating new features and bug fixing where necessary.
- Be proficient with SQL, writing queries, stored procedures and optimizing database performance.
- Ensure the high quality of the software using industrywide established patterns and practices.
- Work enthusiastically and collaboratively in small teams, with business analysts, quality assurance, and other developers.
- Manage source code files with Microsoft DevOps.
- Constantly seek to improve quality wherever possible.
Be self-driven, innovative, constantly learning new industry best practices and looking at ways that SynergyTrak can benefit.

Required Experience
- 1 year writing C# based software with MVC, WPF
- 1 year writing SQL stored procedures and database queries
Preferred Experience
- Some experience of WPF.
- Some experience of client-service architecture.
