Delaware North Parks and Resorts is looking for friendly, outgoing, and customer-service-focused Front Desk Clerks to join our team at Pine Lodge in Whitefish, Montana.

We are currently hiring for our 2021/22 Winter Season. Our season begins on December 5, 2021 and runs through the end of March 2022.

The Front Desk/ Night Auditor at the Pine Lodge starts at $17.00/hour! Our location at the Whitefish is ideal for individuals who enjoy the great outdoors. Spend the winter in Whitefish and enjoy a true Winter Wonderland.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping department as needed.
• Cash handling and accountability; maintain accurate paperwork as it relates to front office operations.
• Resolve small issues as they arrive for guest.
• Check and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts.
• Deliver items to guests as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone.
• Must be able to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors.
