Job Description – HR Manager

Location: Hybrid

SPAR is looking for a driven HR Manager who is interested in a multi-dimensional role that involves both hands on administration as well as strategic thinking and problem solving. Job Responsibilities

The HR Manager will be responsible for the following activities:

• Employee Onboarding & Termination process
• Payroll preparation & Vacation tracking
• Coordinates benefits plans and employee participation
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Manage and coordinate recruiting activities
• Administration of the performance review process
• Develop & implement HR & Compliance related policies, process & procedures
• Explain policy and respond to questions on policies and process
• Support implementation and absorption of company core values
• Development of leadership and communication skills
• Immigration related activities (H1B visas, Green Card, Visas etc.)
• Hotel / Airline bookings (Occasional)
• Other HR responsibilities that may come up from time to time, as the company continues to grow and evolve

Qualifications

• At least 5 years industry experience as a HR Specialist or Manager
• Hands on experience with HR administration, extremely detail oriented
• Experience working with HRIS solutions (BambooHR preferred)
• Experience with recruiting activities
• Experience implementing and supporting HR Policies and Performance reviews
• Experience with Organizational and leadership development
• Very strong and fluent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, comfortable working in an agile, collaborative environment
• Willingness to take ownership and be accountable

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
