The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for creating and executing a multi‐faceted

sourcing plan to generate qualified candidates for the Interim Leadership, Executive Search and
Senior Executive Search. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an expert researcher who can find
and cultivate relationships with healthcare executives across the country. This position is
responsible for creating and ensuring a strong pipeline strategy for candidates matching client
requirements. In collaboration with the teams, this position is responsible for marketing
positions and finding top‐tier talent for a variety of opportunities. Additionally, this
professional is responsible for the continuous improvement of B. E. Smith’s Executive Search
candidate database.

General Responsibilities:

• Develop multi‐faceted sourcing plans to attract top‐tier talent and build our talent pipelines.
• Conduct research strategies to continuously build a pipeline of prospect candidates and active candidates.
• Continuously search and network proactively with qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with Directors of Executive Search to determine search timelines and needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Talent Consultants to create email content for Executive Search Director level clinical positions that effectively communicate job opportunities, responsibilities and qualifications to attract applicants.
• Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of all candidate sourcing activities.
• Manage email replies from candidates and respond to those candidates quickly and effectively. Note: Nothing in this position description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
• Document candidate information and ensure the accuracy of B.E. Smith’s confidential applicant tracking system.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Executes job specific sourcing strategies through calling campaigns, email, job boards and any other available channels and technologies.
• Manages and improves application responses in a customized manner in order to engage candidates in the search process and build relationships between candidates and B.E. Smith.
• Administers and maintains candidate contact databases with updated resumes and candidate information.
• Documents all job research and sourcing activity for executive searches.
• Collects and monitors the sourcing information for applicants to make necessary adjustments that improve sourcing results.
• Create copy for candidate sourcing communications that is clear and creative. This copy must motivate the targeted potential applicants to respond.
• Measure the effectiveness of all candidate sourcing activities and report the results to the Executive Search team.
• Collaborate closely with marketing department to identify, develop and leverage any marketing activities that could have a synergistic effect across both candidate and client marketing. Examples: search engine optimization, website development, social media, collateral materials, trade show activity.
• Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/healthcare or related field or minimum of three (3) years of job‐related experience, preferably in a marketing/healthcare field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
