In This Role, You Will…

• Evaluate and screen potential hires for Headquarters, Branch Operations and the Branch Manager Trainee Program.
• Assist both internal employees and external candidates through the full interview and hiring process.
• Develop, establish and maintain employer brand through event-based recruiting opportunities.
• Partner with other department managers to develop skills within their specialty.
• Recommend, build and communicate recruitment best practices, from defining skill needs, to building the talent pool and hiring, documenting interactions, outreach, and screening results.
• Maintain established staffing metrics.
• Partner with Human Resources Department employees and managers to develop skills, and collaborate on projects, as it relates to recruitment.

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Human Resources, Business, etc.) required.
• One to two (1-2) years of experience working with high volume, full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven strategic recruitment experience – including sourcing and developing talent pipelines.
• Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking or HR system required.
• Possess flexibility during periods of rapid growth.
• The ability to build positive and collaborative relationships.

Preferred

• **Previous experience working with Cornerstone or Ceridian ATS.
• Experience recruiting in both Corporate and Staffing Agency environment.

Physical Demands –
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to drive; sit; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
