DaBella Hiring for Accounting Manager Job at Hillsboro, OR Full Time

DaBella is currently seeking an Account Manager to help oversee our daily operations within our Accounting team. The ideal individual will be detail-oriented, assertive and result-driven to accomplish daily, weekly and monthly goals.

Status: Full Time

Compensation: 60k – 75k

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to: AP, AR, general ledger and taxes
• Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations
• Oversee our real estate accounting
• Bank Reconciliations
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing training, and maintain strong employee relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA preferred.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
• Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.
