Karrot is looking to add to our development team. We work with national and global brands to build loyalty, engage an audience and create lasting connections.

We are looking for a hands-on and driven Software Development Manager to play a key role in our growing company. You will lead a small team of developers, establish and manage timelines and even contribute directly to the development efforts to assist in client deliverables.

You will also collaborate internally and interact with clients to understand their objectives and how that translates into a platform feature or new project.

You will provide input in the road map of our SaaS platform, refine the DevOps process, build out a development team and company strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with clients and our internal team to deliver on new features and projects.
• Understand business requirements and how they translate into development.
• Collaborate with our client team to document and estimate those projects.
• Lead the development team, create timelines and deliver on time.
• Coach and support the development team with a strong focus on feedback and growth
• Drive initiatives to develop and grow our platform
• Participate in enterprise-wide security, compliance initiatives and DevOps environment structure.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of software development experience
• .NET and Azure experience
• Thorough understanding of SaaS product development.
• A start-up and enterprise development experience and have an eye for speed, efficiency, impact, and common sense.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $85,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
