West Wind Hardwood Inc. Hiring for Customer Relations Specialist at Penticton, BC Full Time

Customer Relations Specialist, your main focus will be to provide exceptional customer experiences as you will be the first point of contact. You will also support the Sales Team with the sales and marketing of our homes.

A Customer Relations Specialist should also possess the following qualities:

Candidates must enjoy working as a team with others and interacting with the general public.
Candidates must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook (1 yr Preferred)
Candidates must have a minimum of a High School Equivalent
Candidates must be available to work one Saturday/Sunday per week.

Duties:

· Greeting customers

· Answering phones

· Scheduling appointments

· Marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00-$24.00 per hour
