We have an immediate opportunity for an energetic Talent Acquisition Consultant who can hit the ground running. This role will support our National Digital, Data & Cloud capabilities who are experiencing rapid growth due to our increased client activity.
Your Role:
Joining the ARQ People team you will focus on sourcing strategies and find the right people to join ARQ Group.
Your role will be working closely with a National Capability Lead to find the right people to join either the Data/Cloud/Design teams.
Your role will partner with our people leaders to embed processes, create our culture and unite our team to create the best candidate and employee experience that will continue to make Arq Group a great place to work.
You’ll support the end to end talent acquisition process through:
Proactive and innovative sourcing channels
Advertising, screening and interviewing candidates
Driving a business partner model with people leaders and partner with People & Culture to provide coaching, training and support
Build talent communities including community engagement events, meetups and other events or career fairs
Manage the offer, contract generation and on boarding process to ensure that our new hires have a stellar start to their employment experience
What you bring to the table:
Good understanding of the Australian tech market, specifically Mobile/Data/Cloud Technology recruitment
Strong candidate sourcing and networks
Proven stakeholder management coaching and guidance of best practice recruitment principles
Prior experience in an end to end sourcing or Talent Acquisition specialist / partnering role
Attention to detail, top-notch organisation skills and the ability manage multiple activities
Stand out communication, influencing and written skills
