Salary – £20,000 – £25,500. FTE, depending on experience.

Job Purpose: To Support the Finance Officer in providing a quality accounting service, including the production of month end accounts, banking & cash handling and supplier payments.
Responsible to: Finance Officer
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Banking – prepare cash received for banking ensuring correct completion of paperwork.
Petty Cash Control – ensuring the monitoring, replenishment and reconciliation of project petty cash facilities to Sage control accounts.
Management of payables invoices and expenses and payment via the bacs payment process.
Process weekly maintenance timesheet data, resolving queries and journaling to Sage.
Monitor and control Supported Lodging payments schedule.
Monitoring the Finance e-mail account, ensuring prompt processing of electronic correspondence.
Filing of invoices and correspondence.
Reconcile Bank accounts in a timely fashion at the end of each month ready for Finance Officer reports
Raising journals under instruction from the Finance Officer to support month end process.
Contribute to consistent management of quality service delivery through the Trusted Charity Mark methodology
Support the Finance Manager in the distribution of monthly financial report packages.
