Job DescriptionAssembler – Berlin, NJ (Hablamos Español)

Overview:

• Immediate openings for Assemblers in a manufacturing plant
• Long-term opportunity with weekly pay

Shift/Pay:

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Pay: $19/hr + daily OT + growth opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Assemble trusses, walls, and flooring
• Use hand & power tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
• Inspect products for accuracy
• Follow safety guidelines and production goals

Requirements:

• 0–6 months assembly/construction experience preferred
• Experience with woodwork, framing, or carpentry is a plus
• Must bring own 25oz+ hammer
• Reliable with good attitude

Work Environment:

• Indoor production facility
• Hot/cold conditions, loud & dusty
• Team-based work environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.00/hr.
