Project Role : Solution Architect
Project Role Description : Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Architecture
Define the enterprise automation strategy aligned to business objectives
Design end-to-end automation architecture (process, system, data, and integration layers)
Establish automation standards, patterns, and best practices
Evaluate and recommend automation platforms and tools
Solution Design & Governance
Lead automation solution design across RPA, workflow, AI, and integration
Review and approve automation designs created by delivery teams
Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and architectural guidelines
Govern automation lifecycle: ideation, design, build, deploy, run
Platform & Technology Leadership
Define target-state architecture for:
RPA / Workflow platforms
AI / ML-enabled automation
Low-code / No-code platforms
Drive tool consolidation and platform optimization
Work with IT infrastructure, cloud, and security teams
Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with business leaders to identify high-value automation use cases
Provide technical leadership to automation developers and engineers
Support automation CoE (Center of Excellence) setup and maturity
Present automation roadmap, benefits, and risks to senior leadership
Required Skills & Competencies
Core Technical Skills
Strong hands-on or design expertise in RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
Experience with workflow and orchestration tools (Power Automate, Camunda, ServiceNow, Appian)
Solid understanding of:
APIs (REST/SOAP)
Event-driven architectures
Enterprise integration patterns
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and environment management
Automation & Digital Capabilities
Process discovery and optimization (Lean, Six Sigma awareness)
Intelligent Automation concepts:
OCR / IDP
AI/ML integration
Chatbots / Virtual agents
Low-code / No-code platform evaluation and governance
Non-Technical Skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
Decision-making and architectural trade-off evaluation
Mentoring and leadership of technical teams
