An Innovative Cloud Storage Company Hiring for Onboarding Coordinator Job at San Francisco, CA Full Time

In this role, you’ll serve the program’s mission of accelerating the impact of new employees joining the company’s EPD teams.

As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will:

• Perform coordinating and calendaring logistics, resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Independently own data management of EPD onboarding.
• Track new hires in EPD from offer acceptance to graduation from the program.
• Communicate with new members of EPD, their managers, and buddies to ensure a smooth start.
• Implement and assess various feedback mechanisms.
• Anticipate, flag, and calmly and flexibly resolve hiccups.
• Work with the onboarding team on cross-company or cross-functional improvements.
• Write and maintain documentation on the program.
• 3+ years of Project Coordinator experience in a fast paced organization (experience in tech/an understanding of the tech industry is a plus)
• Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple workstreams
• Proficiency in Dropbox, GSuite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom
• Discretion when working with sensitive information
• Comfort in a working-from-home/async situation
• Excellent communication skills, especially with technical stakeholders
• Outstanding relationship-building skills
• Zeal for process and operational excellence
• Familiarity with software development vocabulary and tooling
• Attention to detail, both proactive and reactive
• Curiosity for technical systems and drive to learn without prompts
• Ability to leverage technical tools to scale programs and solutions
• Familiarity with Jira, Miro, and onboarding tools is a plus

Commitment: This is a full-time, 12-month contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be fully remote and is open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S. The ability to work PST business hours is preferred, though not required.
