Queensland Government Hiring for Human Resources Officer Job at Brisbane Full Time

Accountabilities include: – Provide timely and accurate human resource advice and support to staff and management in PPI Division in relation to: o establishment management;o recruitment, selection and appointment processes; o payroll and leave enquiries; o job evaluation (JEMS) processes; ando legislation, directives, policies and delegations relevant to human resource management.- Maintain the PPI HR email inbox and respond to client enquiries in a timely manner.- Facilitate and monitor employee induction and probation processes.- Maintain, monitor, and report on divisional HR management information in SAP and assist with extraction and analysis of HR data for inclusion in reports and organisation charts. – Assist with the divisional implementation of whole-of-government and departmental HR management initiatives. This will largely involve focusing on operational aspects.- Develop, foster, and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal clients and external stakeholders.- Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, briefing notes and submissions relating to HR management.
