Showroom & Events Manager Full Time

As part of our continued growth in Canada, we are opening an exciting new showroom and office space at T3 Bayside, Toronto’s premier mass timber office development located on the downtown waterfront. We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused Showroom & Events Manager to help establish and operate this flagship location while creating exceptional experiences for customers, partners, architects, designers, developers, and industry professionals.

Based at our stunning new showroom and office at T3 Bayside, 333 Bay Street, Toronto, this role will be responsible for bringing the space to life. The Showroom & Events Manager will oversee showroom setup, day-to-day operations, customer visits, industry events, training sessions, product launches, and brand experiences that position INNOVA as a leader in innovative HVAC solutions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building something from the ground up. From coordinating the initial showroom setup and vendor relationships to planning high-profile customer events and managing daily operations, you will play a central role in creating a vibrant destination for the HVAC, architecture, design, and construction communities.

Showroom Launch & Setup

• Support the establishment and launch of INNOVA’s flagship Toronto showroom and office at T3 Bayside.
• Coordinate showroom setup, furniture installation, displays, signage, branding elements, product installations, and vendor activities.
• Work with contractors, building management, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a successful opening and ongoing operation of the space.
• Continuously enhance the showroom environment to deliver a best-in-class visitor experience.

Showroom Operations & Customer Experience

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom and office.
• Ensure the showroom remains polished, welcoming, fully functional, and presentation-ready at all times.
• Host visitors, customers, architects, designers, developers, engineers, contractors, and industry partners.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, customer meetings, tours, and showroom appointments.

Events & Brand Engagement

• Lead the planning and execution of all showroom events, customer experiences, Lunch & Learns, training sessions, networking events, product launches, dealer meetings, and industry presentations.
• Create engaging experiences that drive showroom traffic, customer relationships, and brand awareness.
• Manage all event logistics including invitations, registration, catering, vendors, audiovisual requirements, room setup, and post-event follow-up.
• Support INNOVA’s participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events throughout Canada.

Office Operations & Administration

• Manage office operations, supplies, equipment, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and general inquiries.
• Maintain office filing systems, CRM records, databases, and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate communication and workflow between sales, operations, technical service, logistics, marketing, and management teams.
• Assist with reports, presentations, quotations, correspondence, and operational documentation.

Human Resources & Employee Support

• Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation, equipment setup, employee records, and internal communications.
• Liaise with payroll and accounting providers regarding timesheets, vacation tracking, onboarding information, and employee administration.
• Maintain confidential employee files and HR-related documentation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in event management, showroom management, office management, hospitality, customer experience, or a related field.
• Proven experience planning and coordinating professional events from concept to execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, customer-focused, and highly proactive approach.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience within architecture, design, construction, manufacturing, HVAC, or building products industries is considered an asset.
