Role Description We are seeking a talented and driven Full-Stack Software Developer to join our technical team, with a focus on frontend and user-facing interfaces. You will be building the core product experience used by OR nurses and surgeons at hospital clients across Canada and the USA.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Developer or Software Engineer
• Strong React experience — Next.js is an asset
• Backend experience (ideally Python)
• Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
