We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Marketing Co-ordinator who will be able to bring in new business and lead a winning team. Should have recruitment or HR academic background and experience with ability to screen and evaluate the right candidates. You must be a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly.
Job responsibilities:
1. Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures, and strategies to win new business
2. Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
3. Keeping track of recruiting matrices, time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
4. Review recruitment software and suggest and implement the best option to close prospective new deals
5. Recommend ways to improve our sales and marketing process and provide solutions for existing and new business
6. Stay up to date on recruitment legislation and inform the company about changes in regulations
7. Participate in relevant job exhibitions, seminars and career events for the purpose of bringing new business and matching it with prospective candidate.
8. Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals and other partners
9. Up to date knowledge of recruiting and/or marketing techniques and strategic planning to create new business opportunity
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a recruitment/marketing executive
2. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
3. Team management skills
4. Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR database
5. Experience with phone and in person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
6. Good story telling abilities with excellent communication verbal and written
7. Passionate about technology
