Finance Analyst is responsible in driving business performance by assisting with guidance and support on financial information, business performance and implementation of strategies; partnering with FBPs, Product and Sales Managers to provide financial insights into trend analysis and customer profitability. This role will also act as the key financial focal on commercial compliance and control of pipeline activities.

Key responsibilities
- Assists with information for business decisions by leaders and internal and external partners
- Assist with assessing best alternative strategies, provides various insights to business based on needs and provides forward looking analysis
- Helps automate and bring in efficiencies
- Assist with monitoring and analysing financial accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Create financial models to analyse trends, make financial projections, and assess financial risks
- Help develop standardized financial management and reporting tools; create internal control systems to ensure good financial management and enable early detection of fraud or errors
- Produce financial reports for management, as needed or requested
- Present financial models and reports to management on major financial issues/risks
- Ownership over the preparation and review of the Sales Incentive Program (SIP)
- Analyse the Long Term/Short Term pipelines on their adequacy to meet Target and present recommendations to improve overall pipeline with trade specific analysis and contract type (Long Term/Short Term) analysis.
We are looking for
- Graduate Qualifications such as Bachelors/Masters in relevant Finance or Economics fields, or equivalent Professional Qualification such as CA/CPA
- Accounting skills, including knowledge of accounting principles, standards and techniques, cost analysis and reduction
- Previous experience working within a fast and dynamic Sales, Marketing, Product or Pricing environment would be clear added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting programs SAP
- Strong analytical skills
- Applied & advance skills on Ms Office applications (Ms Excel & Power Point) and external applications (SAP BI, SAP BW & Power BI).
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
