Full charge bookkeeper/ Office manager
Very busy environment, face pace with lots of interesting moving parts.
Reconcile daily sales receipts, cash, credit cards sales, and track sales
ar/ap
Some hr type items to deal with regarding personnel
Keeping track of employees hours and report to payroll company
Reconcile bank statements and preparing statement for CPA
Prepare TPT taxes
Preparing daily reports and month close.
Other daily duties as needed regarding office accounting work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
