We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Delivery Lead (DDL) who will be engaged in the direct digital transformation of our engineering and design workflows. Covering all aspects of our digital solutions for the design, construction, and handover of Infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Digital Delivery Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the management, support and expansion of our digital solutions. You’ll be working mainly from home (unless you prefer coming into one of our offices), with the expectation to travel for client meetings and occasional team meetings.

The role will be centered around the following:

• Analyzing project and client requirements for the development of project specific digital delivery plans
• Customizing Bentley solutions and Projectwise configurations to incorporate project requirements
• Investigate and resolve issues identified by project users, engaging Bentley support services as required
• Manage technical issues and help users with advanced Bentley BIM and Projectwise capabilities
• Plan and conduct training for, discipline engineering and design leads with support from Bentley services
• Monitor and maintain project models and deliverable standards
• Monitor and maintain project information management workflows and reporting
• Preform model coordination reviews with project teams and report on clash and design issues
• Assist with BIM modeling and drawing production as required
• Coordinate quality reviews and project deliverable packages for issue to clients
• Interface with Construction management, Scheduling and Estimating groups to monitor and maintain 4D and 5D models

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• A recognized degree in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited College or University
• 5-7 years of experience with the administration and configuration of Bentley Projectwise and Bentley BIM solutions
• Excellent knowledge of software configuration with OpenPlant, OpenPlant P&ID, Open Buildings Designer, and Open Roads Designer
• Excellent knowledge of Microstation and Projectwise automation
• Experience with Bentley Synchro would be an asset
• Experience with Bentley PlantSight and iTwin solutions would be an asset
• Knowledge of BIM principles and ISO19650 practices
• Knowledge of Information management within a Common Data Environment
• Experience with SQL queries and database administration would be an asset
• Experience working directly on projects in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
