Job Responsibilities:

Work with senior management of Avalon Park Group (APG) to (i) identify, contract and close real estate- related opportunities, (ii) manage the existing assets of APG, and (iii) manage investor, lender, and other stakeholder relationships. APG is a very entrepreneurial company so flexibility and self motivation are absolutely necessary to thrive in this position.

Essential Duties:

• Analyze and evaluate new real estate related opportunities
• Develop highly variable financial models
• Assistance to negotiate, draft and close real estate acquisition and sale transactions
• Assist with the placement of debt
• Assist in managing appraiser relationships
• Conduct due diligence on new acquisition targets
• Act as recording secretary in investor board meetings
• Conduct market research
• Prepare presentation materials for new and existing investments
• Participate in the management of investor relationships

Skills and Qualifications

• Finance or Business Degree Required
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• 0-3 years of business experience, preferably in the real estate industry
• Flexible and able to thrive in a minimally structured environment
