Temporary help is needed on the Accounts Payable team for a State Agency’s Auditing Department.

Selected candidate must have at least 3 years of A/P experience.

Start Date: 10-25-21 pending interview & background check

Tentative End Date: 12-31-21 based on client’s needs

Hours: Monday-Friday 25 to 35 hours per week. Some flexibility with the schedule, can be 8am to 2pm, 8am to 4pm, or 9am to 5pm

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Tasks include but not limited to:

Invoice Processing, Bookkeeping, Data Input, Data Quality Verification and other duties as needed and assigned.

Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience.

Must have at least 3 years of full-time or equivalent part-time, office experience.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

Must be detail-oriented, able to spot duplicates & mistakes.

Experience with PeopleSoft Financials Application is highly preferred.

At least a High School Diploma is needed. Experience is more important than a College Degree.
