What you’ll be working on

    • Manage end to end recruitment across all functions and geographies
    • Develop creative strategies for sourcing even the hardest to find talent
    • Develop systems and processes to create an outstanding talent acquisition function
    • Coach our managers to develop our internal recruitment capability
    • Help bring our employer brand to life! We have an exciting story to tell and you’ll champion consistent external communication of our EVP
    • Delivery of an incredible candidate experience
    • In short, you’ll make a key contribution to our ongoing organisational growth

What we’re looking for

    • You’ll be an internal talent acquisition specialist with a proven track record in IT/technical recruitment
    • You’ll have previous experience in the development and execution of employer branding strategies and an eye for what works
    • You’ll be an expert in the use of social and mobile technologies to engage with talent
    • You’ll understand the business imperative of meeting talent acquisition objectives and have a passion for making this happen
