The Talent Acquisition Operations team is seeking a professional who will help scale the talent acquisition team’s capabilities through system and process improvements. This role will help coordinate the EMEA TA operations team as well as working on impactful projects across the region. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving operational excellence and leading change at scale and will have prior recruiting experience. Someone looking to progress from a recruitment coordinator role would be highly suitable. This is a full time position based in London.
Responsibilities :
1. You will be coordinating recruiters in a matrix organisation, you will have great influencing and stakeholder management capability.
2. Deliver a set of scalable, recruiting enablement projects to improve consistency and efficiency (i.e. TA onboarding, competency model implementation, recruiting knowledge bank, etc.).
3. You will coordinate multiple projects at a time, while managing some of your own.
4. You will be analysing and making recommendations based upon your interpretation of recruiting data.
1. Proven track record of being innovative and capable of coordinating projects. Project management skills are highly desirable.
2. Experience with cross-functional projects across the HR spectrum.
3. Strong analytical capability, excellent excel skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate project strategies, roadmaps, priorities, goals and tradeoffs through compelling visuals and presentations.
