About the role: *
You will be the heart of the People Team (currently 3 members), making sure to be the – efficient – bridge between Talent and People Operations. You will work closely with the Head of Talent and the Office Manager, where you will help with scheduling interviews, onboarding, but also work on optimization projects such as branding, inclusion, and EVP. We are scaling (fast) and therefore need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and doesn’t shy away from a challenge.

• You have built strong relationships with key stakeholders understanding challenges and potential and outlying solutions to bottlenecks.
• You understand Lendable’s hiring processes, policies, and practices.
• You have shown that you are a strong individual contributor with the ability to pioneer change by initiating action, giving direction.

This is you: *

• You have a great eye for detail and strong organisation/time management skills.
• You have experience (+1 year) working in People/Talent Teams or you have worked in a coordinating role before.
• You are naturally curious and creative. You ask yourself constantly: “How can we do things better”?
• You have a never-give-up attitude and don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
• You have a bachelor’s degree and love to learn & grow.
• You enjoy working* with stakeholders and are passionate *about making a change in people’s lives.

How you’ll impact the People Team objectives: *

• You will oversee the candidate experience and coordinate the recruitment cycle (approximately 10-15 roles at the time).
• You will keep our candidates engaged and informed at every stage to create a positive interview experience.
• You will become a subject matter expert in the world of FinTech – building relationships with future talent and keeping yourself up to date with the latest talent acquisition trends.
• You will continuously use data insights to improve our workflows and processes.
• You will work on branding campaigns and* organise conferences/events* with the wider People Team.
• You will build a report with* our key stakeholders*, where you learn to understand the business needs when it comes to hiring and scaling the teams.
• You will work with the wider people team on employee engagement initiatives and projects.
• You will ensure the* applicant tracking system* information is up-to-date as well as a high level of data integrity of data.
