As a customer service associate for Go Auto, you’ll act as the central hub for everything that we do. If a customer needs help finding the right vehicle, you roll out the (metaphorical) red carpet and help them find it. If they’re not sure if they can get the financing they need to buy a vehicle, you’ll hold their hand (again, metaphorically, COVID is still a thing) and put them in touch with the people who can make their dream a reality.
We have more than 40 auto dealerships across Alberta, BC, Ontario, Manitoba and the Northwest Territories, and your job is to help give their customers the best experience possible, through emails, online chats, phone calls, and text messages.
