Salary from £43,277 to £51,714 per annum inclusive with potential to progress to £55,497 pa inclusive of London allowance
This is a fixed term appointment for 12 months.

The Philanthropy and Global Engagement Division (PAGE) builds lifelong relationships with alumni, volunteers, donors and partners to support LSE’s mission and global impact.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Alumni Engagement Regional and Thematic Lead to help deliver engaging and strategic international programmes that connect alumni with LSE and with each other.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead a strategic portfolio of international alumni engagement, volunteering and advocacy activity, creating accessible and impactful opportunities for alumni to connect with LSE and support the School’s priorities. You will deliver a mix of international programmes, volunteer and advocacy initiatives, communications and events, with a strong digital-first approach and a focus on building meaningful, long-term relationships with alumni communities.
You will work closely with colleagues across PAGE and the wider School, as well as with senior volunteers, alumni group leaders and external partners, to deliver high-quality engagement activity in the UK and internationally. You will also help steward relationships with alumni group leaders, support committee activity and gather volunteer feedback, alongside managing a portfolio of alumni advocates and volunteers, using data and insight to target activity and improve outcomes, and helping shape innovative programmes that contribute to LSE’s wider engagement and Campaign goals.
