ROLE SUMMARY:

Positions Available (2)

Day shift – Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm

Flexible options available for evening shift

Starting wage is $13.25 with a $0.50 increase after 6-months of successful service and an additional $0.50 increase after 1-year of successful service.

Responsibilities:

· Manually assemble electronic components onto circuit boards requiring fine hand assembly as per work instructions

· Preparation of component leads including trimming and proper bending techniques

· Component preparation, placement, and installation

· Knows the direction and placement of the integrated circuit chips, Triacs, diodes or capacitors

· Application of RTV and Loctite

· Usage of depanelizing machines for separation of boards

· Mechanical / electrical assembly of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies into product case

· Verification of correct part placements and assembly against work instruction requirements

· Perform daily duties as per work instructions and/or Supervisor

· Maintain a clean and organized workstation on day-to-day, job-to-job basis

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma

· Must have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

· Ability to work within a group or individually when called upon

· A basic level of comfort with computer based and computer-controlled systems
