Job Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Location: Plymouth, NH

Salary: $50,000 range with excellent benefits

Schedule: M-F 8:00am – 4:00 pm

Our targeted services include home and community-based treatment, residential treatment programs, group homes, and special education schools. Summary Statement:

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator ensures the Company receives payment for services and records these transactions accordingly. Responsible for recording transactions of the amounts owed to the company by customers or other organizations/individuals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Invoices agencies using a variety of different methods/systems and records invoices in the accounting system
• Posts customer payments by recording checks, ACH and credit card transactions
• Review customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Review A/R aging
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Development and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of accounts receivable and general accounting procedures
• Knowledge of SAGE Intacct or similar accounting software
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel
