Receptionist

Providing extraordinary customer service starts with a warm welcome from our Receptionist. This role will be responsible for greeting individuals who visit or call into the office. The successful candidate will be polished in representing our organization professionally, have exceptional organizational and administrative skills, demonstrate enthusiasm, and will have previous experience in a similar role. The Receptionist will provide back-up coverage for the Office Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide a welcoming and prompt greeting as first point of contact for all customers

· Actively manage incoming calls, mail distribution, and arrange for couriers

· Receive, process and issue receipts for payment from Policyholders

· Back-up coverage for Office Assistant, including print and mail, support for event planning, and ordering office supplies

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Receptionist role

· Strong organizational skills

· Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite

· Experience in the insurance industry would be of benefit

· Highly collaborative with exceptional verbal communication skills
