Catering Assistant (HWS) Full Time

Hill West Primary School is looking for a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to join our school kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the daily experience of our pupils by helping provide healthy, nutritious meals in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to pupils and staff

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas

Support the kitchen team in stock control and food storage

Help create a positive, friendly atmosphere during lunchtime service

What you’ll need to succeed

A team player with a positive attitude

Reliable and punctual

Willingness to follow health and safety and hygiene procedures

Previous catering experience is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided
