Goldman Sachs operates a market-leading alternatives franchise. The Goldman Sachs Legal Division spans 37 cities worldwide, providing counsel and advice to support the firm’s global activities.
Within this, our EMEA Asset Management Legal team is a dynamic group responsible for the oversight of a sophisticated suite of alternative investment vehicles, including Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Hedge Funds. As the firm continues to expand its footprint in private markets this team plays a critical role in navigating the complexities of a rapidly evolving global investment landscape.
YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a dynamic legal professional to join our growing team in a role that offers unparalleled exposure to a diverse range of investment vehicles. You will be responsible for the legal management of a broad portfolio, encompassing both close-ended and open-ended structures. This position sits at the intersection of product design and implementation, and regulatory excellence, requiring a sophisticated understanding of both regulated and un-regulated fund environments across the EMEA region.
