Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, from catering and serving to food preparation.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold food safety standards in all aspects of food handling.
• Provide support during catering events, ensuring all guest needs are met.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
• Catering experience is highly desirable, along with a background in serving.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is crucial for maintaining health standards.
• Barista experience is an advantage, particularly in establishments serving coffee or specialty drinks.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
