About The Position
We are looking for a Part-Time reliable, energetic Busser (Outpost Support Associate) to join our Little Italy outpost team in San Diego. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable space for our guests. This is a tipped position, with the core schedule consisting of weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping things spotless and organized, we’d love to meet you!
Requirements
- Part-Time schedule (approximately 18 hours per week)
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry wine cases and up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
- Reliability during busy weekends and special events
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain smooth guest flow
- Clean and polish glassware to tasting-room standards
- Support tasting room staff by keeping service areas stocked and organized
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the entire tasting room, including restrooms
- Restock supplies (glassware, linens, paper goods, non-alcoholic beverages) in prep, storage and restroom areas
- Assist with cleaning tasks such as sweeping, wiping surfaces, and removing trash
- Provide friendly, attentive, and helpful service to guests when needed
