Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Department overview:
The TA team is responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions in 22 European markets. Employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying a company’s labor force, and developing a robust candidate pipeline is the long-term strategy to make hiring more efficient and more productive.
Who You Are:
You are positive, reliable, keen-learner and self-motivated. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment whilst still being meticulous with attention to detail, are capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a demanding environment.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be responsible for providing administration support to enable smooth execution of the European Talent Acquisition strategy. You will collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Team, Hiring Managers and candidates in order to support business needs, attraction and assessment processes and delivery of excellent customer service.
Support of Sourcing strategy implementation
Candidate experience coordination
Maintain and enhance Talent Acquisition KPIs
Support Employer Branding activities
Lead different kind of initiatives proactively
