Overview:

Process transactions related to the accounting systems and controls. Provide cost center management with monthly cost analysis. Assist in the preparation of cost center forecasts and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing monthly forecast and reports on financial and operational performance

• Track and report project financials on monthly basis, including revenue and costs

• Analyse functional P&L along with variance analysis compare to PLAN and forecast

• Ensure accuracy of project budgets, backlog, EAC hours and other study metrics, and to ensure better future visibility for the business units

• Perform monthly HC reconciliations

• Prepare and post month end rev/cost related journals

• Maintain/correct cost allocations

• Assist with AR billing and payment allocations

• Support internal and external audits through provision of requested information, clarifications
