We are a leading children’s apparel company located in Edison, N.J..  

 We are looking for an EDI-Order Entry Coordinator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include , but are not limited to; 

• Receiving and processing new orders via EDI 850
• Allocate and submit pick tickets to warehouse
• Invoicing via EDI 810
• Sending ASNs via EDI 856
• Understanding routing requirements per customer
• Shipment creation / container build for warehouse

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a similar role within an apparel company
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• EDI 850/810/856 
  
• Computer Skills; Microsoft Office, ERP software; Simparel-Exenta, other.
• Children’s apparel / sizing experience A+
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks and deadlines with a sense of urgency.
