Job Summary

You will support recruiting efforts for StoneTurn, a global advisory firm and their search firm subsidiary, Advisory Linx. You will source and develop a deep pipeline of high-quality experienced professionals at various levels across priority markets and supervise a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in delivering coordinated solutions to the Managing Director of Talent Acquisition and stakeholders including StoneTurn Partners and firm clients. You will establish and build relationships with candidates within expertise in the following disciplines including, but not limited to accounting, compliance, forensics, data analytics, cyber security and compliance.

You are a high-energy, well-organized team playerwith prior experience supervisory experience as a high-volume recruiter with candidate relationships. This role reports directly to the Managing Director of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities*

• Work closely with Firm Partners and clients on recruitment needs.
• Strategize and execute on the Firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion objectives.
• Oversee and execute strategic approach to source and recruit top talent within target markets primiarily on a permanent basis.
• Manage pipeline of highly qualified professionals in target markets through building new relationships and leveraging existing ones.
• Source, screen, assess, coordinate interviews when necessary and close candidates (including the drafting of offer letters for candidates of the firm).
• Own candidate presentation and selection process for the firm’s clients through partnering with and soliciting feedback from stakeholders.
• Represent the Firm as a candidate’s main point contact for recruiting activity.
• Oversee and maintain the Firm’s applicant tracker, keeping status of employee applications and background checks.
• Generate business relationships and identify candidates to present to clients of the Firm’s search firm subsidiary.
• Act as an ambassador for the firm; present in the utmost professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with professionals within firm.

Qualifications*

• BS degree in business or a related field
• 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience within either corporate or agency environment, preferably related to accounting, compliance, data analytics and cyber security roles
• Excellent written and verbal communications, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to thrive independently and within a team environment
• Ability to manage and resolve conflict and handle difficult situations in a professional, tactful manner, while maintaining a sense of humor
• Experience with Bullhorn and ADP (ATS/CRM)
• Must have excellent organization, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow-through
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline environment
• Experience with social media recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Business relationships within accounting, compliance and finance are a plus
