BlueSky is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team of professionals. We are a group of experienced, compassionate mental health providers dedicated to evidence based mental health care. We aim to be the highest quality mental health team in the country. We have ambitious plans to expand quickly, with your help. Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with our physician president to hand pick the best of Psychologists, Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join the clinical team. • 2 years full lifecycle healthcare recruiting experience, multi-state environment strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment law pertaining to interview and selection
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs and applicant tracking software
• Ability to effectively represent the company, communicate with candidate via phone and email, working independently
• Experience and success working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Commitment to BlueSky’s philosophy of care, values, vision and mission statements, serving as an exemplary role model for staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
