Your Role:
We’re interested in speaking with IT Recruiters regarding a number of long term contract roles working with one of our prestigious clients. You will recruit roles including: Developers, BA’s, Project Managers, Tech Support and a range of other IT positions at the cutting edge of technology. Based either in the Sydney CBD or remotely, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and efficiencies and provide first-class strategic sourcing support in a high-touch model. With the client in mind at every turn, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for candidates through the recruitment process including screening, and managing interview schedules
• Develop, build and maintain talent pools and pipeline of relevant candidates
• Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a first-class experience
• Manage recruitment reporting, job posting and pre-employment screening activities
• Develop new and innovative ways to Search great talent
