Your new role
As a Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for providing specialised strategy, governance, advice and solutions to ensure that the department’s HR priorities align with, and support, the department’s strategic purpose, objectives and priorities.

What you’ll need to succeed
Your expertise, knowledge around HR polices and procedures as well as your passion and enthusiasm for creating and maintain an excellent culture will be what sets you apart for this role.
You will have energy, drive and an appetite for influencing positive changes within a workplace. You must have a comprehensive knowledge of APS employment practices and trends as well as an understanding of workplace issues and relevant legislation in a public-sector environment. You will strive for continuous improvement and implementation of new ideas.
To apply for this role, you must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 security clearance.
