The Lead Agent will plan, organize, direct, and participate in CSA/GOA operations for both contracted commercial flights and charter aircraft. This includes passenger check-in, security screening, baggage transfers, aircraft deicing, cleaning, lavatory services, and power unit hookups. The Lead Agent will also direct and train assigned agents, implement departmental policies, coordinate activities with air carriers and TSA, and operate ground equipment.
