We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our growing Sales Department. You will be responsible for the talent acquisition process to meet the company’s hiring goals by recruiting candidates to fill our open positions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with department managers to gather hiring criteria information and needs.

• Conduct talent acquisition efforts in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and employment applications and conducting phone interviews.

• Schedule job interviews with qualified candidates.

• Create and extend employment offers to selected candidates in coordination with HR.

• Maintain communication with potential candidates and team leaders to anticipate recruiting needs.

• Perform recruitment data analysis to report recruiting performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Results-oriented and highly motivated with a competitive drive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Organizational skills, both analytical and problem-solving.
