BCH Mechanical Hiring for Entry Level Billing Coordinator Job at Largo, FL Full Time

JOB DUTIES:

• Generate accurate and timely invoices
• Reviewing customer contracts, quotes, technician notes and purchase orders to determine Time & Material billing amounts
• Compile technician paperwork according to customer requirements
• Initiate contact with service coordinators, as needed, for supporting documents or missing information
• Process and transmit final invoices according to customer requirements
• Review and report on unbilled costs
• Meet accounting deadlines for month-end process and closing cycles
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of service – preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to perform high work volume with minimal errors and supervision
• Ability to communicate courteously and proactively with all levels within the company
• Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial and customer transactions
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of pivot tables, v-lookups, etc. preferred
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, detail oriented and reliable
• Must have the ability to multi task and work independently, as well as in a team environment
