The role:
Working with a world-class team, you’ll own talent acquisition for Data roles for Zip in APAC, and support other portfolios across the team on occasion.
This is a complex and varied portfolio covering data science, data analytics, risk and fraud, as well as data engineering and data platforms, and is integral to the success of Zip as we scale.
You’ll build awesome relationships with hiring leaders at all levels, and support hiring processes end to end, from sourcing to offer and onboarding, and work with super-smart and lovely people to improve things incrementally every day.
We’ll need you to be bright, smart, keen and quick to learn, humble yet confident in your abilities.

- Experience and passion for recruiting across data analytics, data science, data engineering, data platforms – or any combination of these domains
- Desire to hustle and ability deliver at pace
- Emotional maturity and resilience to manage through constant change
- Ability to partner with, guide and coach hiring managers, and champion an effective hiring processes
