The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell Technologies and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

What you’ll achieve

• Create exceptional experience for Dell Technologies’ candidates, from interviews, offers, and all the way to onboarding
• Become a subject matter expert in the WorkDay tool, and play a proactive role in ensuring a seamless process is experienced by both the candidates and recruiters
• Be exposed to the full recruiting lifecycle and all the latest sourcing and recruiting tools
• Gain experience identifying areas of improvement to talent acquisition process, and processes which impact candidate experience
• Ad hoc duties when required

• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Good co-ordination and communication skills
• Able to motivate and foster teamwork among staff
