We are seeking a Finance Administrator to assist the Business Manager in the financial management of the College to ensure key reporting deadlines are met, particularly in the area of Accounts Receivable, Budget and End of Month reporting functions.
Duties include:
- reconciliation of accounts
- issuing of statements
- processing concessions
- liaising with families regarding Direct Debit calculations and payment plans
You will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and be a skilful negotiator who is able to liaise with the school’s clients with empathy.
Additionally, you will be highly organised and be able to demonstrate sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion.
Intermediate level of experience in Office 365 and accounting software such as Dynamics AX is desirable. Please attach a cover letter to your Resumé addressing the criteria outlined above.
