About the Opportunity
We are seeking an individual to help build a new Training & Education business division.
We are committed to the skill development of Sensory Evaluation professionals & their adjacent team members (e.g., Product Development, Marketing, Marketing Research) through Client & Public courses and workshops grounded in Sensory Science/Sensory Evaluation principals.
Reporting to the Director of Training and Education, you will be working collaboratively across functions to transform technical content into engaging and interactive learning experiences and to develop best practices for content management & delivery.
The primary role is to create and regularly prioritize a plan to progress from, a selected LMS-technology shell, to a fully functioning library of content, which is designed to drive individual skill progress, as well as business capability and performance.
The person in this position will be home-based / remote.
