About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join our growing team.

As Finance Officer, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Assist with AP/AR reporting and review,
• Assist with reporting and reconciliations,
• Financial statements review and balance sheet checks,
• Financial data and reports review within Netsuite,
• Participate in month-end finance administration,
• Liaise with PM’s, Banks, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders,
• Liaise with offshore transactions team,
• Monitor Cashflow Forecast
• Reconcile Bank Statements
• Adhoc finance administration projects as required by the Finance Manager.

Skills and experience

• 3-5 years finance & accounts administration experience gained within a project environment,
• Experience in Financial Accounting, month-end financial administration, & reconciliations,
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders,
• Bachelor Degree or CPA/CA part or fully qualified,
• Working knowledge of Netsuite or similar system an advantage.
