Each year we manage over four million aircraft movements carrying more than 156 million passengers, and provide air navigation services across 11 per cent of the world’s airspace.

We are building a high performing Talent Acquisition team, where we will focus on delivering highly valued recruitment solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will manage senior stakeholder engagement, strategic sourcing & lead a small team of Advisers & Coordinators;

• Manage and lead the delivery of recruitment services in a designated portfolio or business unit including stakeholder management
• Manage a small team to achieve high standards of TA service delivery
• You will be seen as the Recruitment Business Partner by the People team and the Senior Managers, educating on the Talent Acquisition strategy and centralisation, building trust
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies (both short and long term) within the designated portfolio or business unit
• Short Term strategies will focus on current recruitment requirements where you will focus on most effective and efficient recruitment strategies in order to attain the most suitable candidate in the most time and cost efficient manner whilst coaching the business manager and people team in recruitment methods which will provide a positive experience with ASA throughout the process
• Long Term strategies will focus on forward workforce planning initiatives, strategic and pipeline sourcing of hard to find candidates, internal recruitment and promotion selection practices and any other strategies required for upcoming recruitment. In some instances, this will be conducted in conjunction with the TA Advisors and Coordinators
• Advise on best practice selection and assessment solutions.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement to strive for productivity, process efficiency and cost improvements.

Who are you?

• Demonstrated experience as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner who can manage a broad scope of roles in fast paced Talent Acquisition environment with processes which are continuously improving
• A can-do attitude where you are solution focused and embrace change
• Experience using Page Up and/or Success Factors is highly desirable, however if you are tech savvy your experience with others ATSs will be transferrable
• A passion for ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify additional information required or questions to ask to obtain missing information to ensure governance of recruitment processes, strategic thinking will be key to meet the pace of the team.
• The ability to come up with innovative hiring solutions, identifying opportunities to attract suitable applicants and engage them throughout the process where required.
